Quantity Kitchens was born from a simple, stubborn idea — that vegetarian food deserves the same ambition, the same craft, the same generosity as anything else on a table. For more than two decades, that idea filled plates across Pune.

The name became a promise people could taste. Spices roasted and ground by hand. Recipes kept exactly as they were taught. Portions that earned the word above the door. And a kitchen that never once, in twenty-six years, stopped being 100% pure-vegetarian.
